Unleash the fun and festivities in Lumby on Saturday, May 11.
Called Sniff Around Lumby, the event is a part of the Downtown Community Showcase in the village, which invites all residents and furry friends to explore the community.
The short quiz walk, hosted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, is designed to introduce participants to the pet-friendly village.
“This event is not just a walk; it’s a treasure hunt,” a release stated. “Families can answer simple questions, discover hidden gems, and win a pet gift basket valued at over $300 donated by Rusty Spur.”
In the morning, participants will collect a map and quiz from Rusty Spur and follow the clues to various stops around town.
The event is free, but encourages donations to the Fletcher’s Keep Senior Dog Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving the human-canine bond and supporting senior dogs in need.
